Chuck founded TEAM RIDGLEA/MANSFIELD MASTERS in May 2001 and has been coaching competitive swimming and triathlon for the past 43+ years. His athletes range from recreational/conditioning members to competitive masters swimmers/triathletes to extreme world class athletes. He has the ability to tailor each session to meet everyone's individual needs, goals and desires. As an athlete himself, Chuck is a 4-time Ironman finisher and has competed in numerous open water swim events around the world. Chuck holds degrees from Texas A & M University and Texas Christian University. He and his wife have 4 grown children and 5 grandchildren.
